Return Instructions

1. Log In to Your Account: Go to our website and log in to your account.

2. Initiate the Return: Navigate to the 'My Orders' section. Select the order you wish to return and click on 'Request a Return'.

3. Fill Out the Form: Complete the return request form. Please specify the items you are returning and the reason for the return.

4. Receive Return Confirmation: After submitting the form, you'll receive an email confirmation with your return details and a shipping label.

5. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are unworn and unwashed.

6. Attach the Shipping Label: Print the provided shipping label and attach it to the outside of your return package.

7. Drop Off the Package: Take the package to your nearest post office or courier service as indicated on the shipping label.

8. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned items, please allow 8 business days for us to process your exchange or store credit.
